Return & refund policy
Should the accident occur, you naturally have a legal right to cancel the purchase. However, there are some exceptions listed below as it is a food.
Returns: There is no right of withdrawal as it is a food which may be impaired in connection with improper storage or treatment.
Complaint - If there is something wrong with the item When you buy a product from us, you naturally have a right of complaint under the Purchasing Act. In this connection, we point out that since it is a food, our products have a limited shelf life. Therefore, you can only advertise by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of receiving your package (the complaint period).
You must keep proof that you have given notice of the complaint, e.g. an email receipt.
You must return the goods to us within 7 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel advertising the purchase by sending them to:

Goods must be returned unused with the original packaging and quality marks intact.
You must take care of the products before returning them to us. We may reduce the amount we refund to you if you use them, damage them, or otherwise do anything beyond what is reasonably necessary to investigate those that reduce their resale value - for example, opening and breaking the packaging.
Please tell us in detail as possible what the problem with the product is.
We will cover your shipping costs for returning the goods if the complaint is due to an error in the goods caused by us or one of our subcontractors.
Remember that the item must always be shipped in proper packaging and receive a receipt for shipment. Save mail receipt incl. information on shipping costs and any track and trace number.
Please note that we can only receive return parcels sent with delivery as we cannot pick up parcels at post offices or other drop locations.
