By placing an order with us you are bound by the terms and conditions set out below. You should keep a copy of these terms for your records.

In these terms:

"Website" means www.ration.dk

"Goods" means the goods we supply to you in accordance with these T&Cs.

"Order" means an order you place with details of the goods you wish to purchase from us.

"We/Us/Our" means Feel Good Company ApS or any other brand within the group.

"You/your" means you, the person who uses our website and/or purchases from us.


1.1 The terms in section A explain how our website is to be used. They apply to ALL users of the website. Section B also applies when you purchase goods using the website. We may change the Terms from time to time and you are advised to check them regularly for any changes that we make.

1.2 When you use the website, we may collect information about you and your visit to the website. These are described in our privacy policy.

1.3 These terms apply to consumer accounts only. Customers with trading accounts must refer to the terms and conditions issued on the account created.


2.1 This website is aimed at people who are consumers. The information on this website is in English, all communication must be in English and the website is designed to comply with Danish legislation (in the EU). You may be viewing the website in a market where we do not normally sell our goods and we cannot be held responsible for any failure to comply with local advertising or other laws in relation to this website or its content. We may restrict access to some parts of the Site to users who have registered with us.

You must not use foul language, be aggressive, swear, threaten, harass or abuse any other person, including but not limited to other users of this website. All information you submit must be accurate, truthful and must not be duplicated. You must at all times use your own identity when using the Website and should ensure that any information you provide is accurate and up to date to the best of your knowledge. You must not use information about any other person unless you have their permission to do so. If you have a password as part of our security procedures, you must treat this information as confidential and must not disclose it to anyone. 6.1 The Website displays goods advertised for sale and provides information about them. By advertising goods on the website, we invite you to place an order with us. If you place an order, we are under no obligation to accept that order and the contract between us will only be formed if and when we accept your order. Neither submitting an electronic order form nor completing the checkout process constitutes our acceptance of your order. Our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place upon dispatch to you of the goods. You may include any number of items in a single order, subject to any restrictions set out in these Terms or on the Site, and each order that you place will be a separate contract between us. We reserve the right to refuse to supply goods to any person.

6.2 Any change to the contract must be expressly agreed between you and us.

6.3 We may refuse your order or cancel your order if we decide it is reasonable to do so, which may include circumstances where:

6.3.1 We are unable to obtain authorized payment or the payment process is incomplete; or

6.3.2 We identify a product or pricing error on the Website; or

6.3.3 You do not meet any purchase eligibility criteria that we may impose from time to time; or

6.3.4 We suspect that your order is related to fraudulent activity; or

6.3.5 You fail to submit all necessary and relevant details to enable us to fulfill the order; or

6.3.6 Goods are unavailable or out of stock.

6.4 We may contact you by phone or email to confirm details before we are able to process and dispatch your order, or we may not be able to accept it.

6.5 The goods displayed for sale on this website are intended for private, consumer use and you must not resell goods or offer them as a commercial enterprise. We reserve the right to limit the total value of items that can be included in an order.

6.6 All goods displayed for sale on this website will be dispatched at least 50 days before the best before date.


7.1 Prices and delivery charges are as published on the website when we accept your order. The prices include VAT. Delivery costs are shown separately. All applicable delivery costs are as stated on the website or as specified over the phone at the time you place your order. The delivery charge for the order is shown on the shopping cart page under your selected items. This means that if you order more than one item, there are no delivery costs for the additional items.

7.2 We can change the prices at any time. Where there is a difference between a price at the time the order is placed and when we dispatch your order, we will inform you by email or telephone and ask you if you wish to proceed. If you decline and for some reason have already received the payment, it will be re-credited to your credit or debit account.

7.3 Offers and promotions on the Website are subject to availability and we may change or withdraw them at any time and without notice. Nothing shall obligate us to maintain any offer or promotion for any period. Additional terms may apply, details of which will be displayed.

7.4 We must receive full payment for the goods when they are dispatched.

7.5 We accept payment via Dankort, Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, PayPal and Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. You may only use a card or payment account if you are the named card or account holder. By placing an order, you confirm that you are the authorized card or account holder. All credit and debit card and account holders are subject to validation and security checks as well as approval from the card and account issuer and any additional conditions imposed by the issuer. If the issuer does not authorize payment, we will not accept your order and will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery.

7.6 If we do not have sufficient stock of goods, we will notify you by email or telephone and your credit or debit card transaction will be canceled or refunded. We will do this as soon as possible and no later than 30 (thirty) days from the date of your order. We are not liable for any compensation if items ordered by you are not available for any reason.

7.7 when you use our subscription service, you get -15% discount on all orders without any commitment period.


If you change your mind

8.1 You have a legal right to cancel the contract (subject to certain exceptions set out below) without giving any reason within 7 days of the day after you receive the goods. This is the "Withdrawal Period".

8.2 You can cancel via e-mail to service@feelgoodcompany.dk . You should keep documentation of having given notice of cancellation, such as an email receipt.

8.3 You must return the goods to us within 7 days of notifying us that you wish to cancel by sending them to:

8.4 The goods must be returned unused with the original packaging and quality labels intact.

8.5 You must take care of the products before returning them to us. We may reduce the amount we refund to you if you use them, damage them or otherwise do anything beyond what is reasonably necessary to examine them and which reduces their resale value - e.g. opening and breaking the packaging.


9.1 We guarantee that the goods:

9.1.1 comply with their description on our website; and

9.1.2 is free from material defects at the time of delivery (as long as you comply with clause 9.3).

9.2 We make no other warranty (and exclude any warranty, term or condition that would otherwise be implied) as to the quality of the Goods or their fitness for any purpose.

9.3 If you believe that we have supplied goods which are defective in materials or workmanship, you must inform us as soon as possible; and allow us to investigate it.

9.4 If the Goods are found to be defective in material or workmanship (after our investigations) and you have fully complied with these conditions (in clause 93), we will (at our option) repair the Goods, replace the Goods or refund the price.

9.5 Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. These are your rights given by law and cannot be changed by us.


10.1 We shall not be liable for any other loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss, economic loss, loss of profit or loss of use) arising out of the contract or the supply of goods or their use, even if we are negligent.

10.2 Our aggregate liability to you (from a single cause) for damages caused by our negligence is limited to €1,000,000.

10.3 For all other obligations not mentioned elsewhere in these terms, our liability is limited to damages to the price of the goods.

10.4 Nothing in these terms restricts or limits our liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence.


11.1 We aim to deliver the Goods within the indicative timescales shown on our website. References to "working day" shall mean any day of the week excluding weekends and public holidays. This means that we are not responsible if goods are delivered outside these times and we are not responsible for the consequences of any delay. If we are unable to deliver the goods within the time frame specified, we will use reasonable endeavors to notify you by email and provide a revised delivery estimate.

11.2 If goods are sold out, we will notify you by email.

11.3 If you order more than one product, we do not guarantee that all goods will be delivered to you in one delivery and we reserve the right to deliver in multiple shipments.

11.4 Ownership of the goods only passes to you upon delivery of the goods. The goods are at your risk from the time of delivery, and you should therefore take reasonable care of them.

11.5 Goods will be delivered to the address you provide in the order process, but delivery practices may vary depending on which carrier delivers the goods. You must provide a valid address for delivery. The delivery method we use may vary depending on the nature and quantity of the goods. We choose what we believe to be the most appropriate delivery method for the goods.

11.6 We reserve the right to make alternative arrangements for delivery which will depend on the carrier we use to deliver the goods. This may include leaving the goods with a neighbor or in a safe place in or around your property.

11.7 If the Goods are not delivered on the expected date, you must notify us of such non-delivery within 30 days of such failure in delivery.


All proprietary rights known as intellectual property rights in the Goods, including all designs, trademarks, brand names, images and logos, are and shall remain the property of us or our licensors. At no time shall any right, title or interest in the Intellectual Property Rights be transferred to you.


13.1 The contract between you and us is binding. You may not transfer or assign your rights or obligations to another person without our express agreement. We may at any time transfer or assign our rights and obligations under the Contract or appoint third parties to assist us in performing our obligations, provided that this does not reduce our obligations to you.

13.2 If any clause of this contract is found to be invalid in any way by a court or other competent authority, all other clauses of the contract will continue to apply.

13.3 This contract is governed by Danish law and both we and you agree that any dispute arising under or in connection with it shall be decided by the Danish courts.

13.4 We may change these Terms at any time and without notice to you. Any change will be effective immediately after being posted on the Website and will be deemed accepted by any person using the Website

135 A person who is not a party to this contract has no right under third party contract rights to enforce any term of it, which means that only we and you have rights under it. This shall not affect any right or remedy of any person existing or available otherwise than hereunder.

14.1 Percentage (or money) discount on discounts (eg 20% ​​discount)

The discount entitles you to a saving on the amount and currency/percentage specified in the campaign, on the specified dates. No cash or other alternative will be given. The return value of the item(s) purchased with the discount must be the applicable return value under the promoter's return policy minus the discount obtained. This offer is subject to change or withdrawal at any time at the promoter's discretion. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.

14.2 Ration Facebook Competition – Flash Giveaway T's & C's

To enter the competition, participants must submit their entry via facebook @rationworld. The entries will be judged by the RATION team.

Access is only available to residents of DK.

Participant(s) must be 16 years of age.

The competition is open until midnight on the closing date stated in the competition notice. The winner will be announced shortly after.

The winner will win the product from the RATION series or another nominated prize as described in the competition announcement.

The organizer (Feel Good Company ApS) is not responsible for applications that are not received, incomplete, delayed or damaged.

The prizes are as stated and cannot be transferred, sold or exchanged. There is no cash alternative. No bulk or third party entries accepted.

The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability due to circumstances beyond the Promoter's control.

By entering this competition, entrants agree to be bound by the rules and all other requirements set out in the promotion materials.

At Ration, we have chosen a flexible delivery, where it is up to you how quickly it should go, whether you want home delivery or pick up your package. We have some of the market's sharpest prices and offer free delivery on all orders over DKK 500.

Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email confirmation and when the products have been dispatched, we will also notify you. If you provide your phone number and email, the courier will
notify you when your package is ready for delivery, you will receive a notification via SMS or email from the courier with an expected delivery time, but only if you have provided the necessary information to
do it under the checkout.

Should the accident happen, you naturally have a legal right to cancel the purchase. However, there are some exceptions below as it is a food.

Return :

There is no right of withdrawal, as it is a food which can deteriorate in connection
with improper storage or handling.


If something is wrong
with the item When you buy an item from us, you naturally have the right to make a complaint according to the Sales Act. In this connection, we point out that since it is a food, has

Tell us in as much detail as possible what the problem with the product is.

We will cover your shipping costs for returning the goods if the claim is due to a fault in the goods caused by us or one of our sub-suppliers.

Remember that the item must always be sent in proper packaging and receive a receipt for shipping. Save email receipt incl. information on shipping costs and possibly a track and trace number.

Please note that we can only accept return packages sent with delivery, as we cannot pick up packages at post offices or other drop-off points.
